Couples Massage Private Lesson:

Price Per Couple $250

One Couple plus one therapist for a two and a half hour session. During our couples lesson, you learn side-by-side, guided by a therapist to massage your loved one or friend. Your therpist will first speak with both of you to customize two hours worth of hand on therapy. Whether it be a chronic neck issue, or learning full body routine, the class will be tailored to your needs. You will be shown proper body mechanics, using more than just thumbs, and being shown techniques to work on each other carefully and safely. Aterwards, your partner will give you the same amazing experience, tailored to you specific issues. Next will be your partners chance to learn techniques especialy for you.

Shirodhara- Forehead Oil Flow $165

Face, head and neck massage followed by warm oils gently streamed over the forehead, the ajna or third eye chakra which helps to calm the nervous system releasing endorphins which create a feeling of relaxation when the oil flows down through the scalp. Often called bliss therapy, Shirodhara gives a fantastic sense of deep relaxation and inner peace it will transport you from the frantic pace of everyday life into receptive calm. The Shirodhara treatment is good to help balance the nervous system, creating deeper levels of awareness, aids relaxation, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, tension and stress.
